About Priority Properties

Priority Properties was founded in 1999 by Bart J. Margiotta, CPM.  Mr. Margiotta has successfully brought to the market a company that specializes in retail, office and industrial management, brokerage, accounting, and leasing.  Priority Properties concentrates on building life-long relationships with quality retailers of high standards, an approach that has proven mutually beneficial.  Priority Properties has a knowledgeable staff that can provide superior service in the areas of retail management, brokerage, accounting, consulting and leasing.

Priority Properties provides services on a national level with two offices, one in St. Louis, Missouri and another in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Current projects are numbered at 52 properties with approximately 2.5 million square feet under management.

Priority Properties currently ranks in the top ten management companies in the St. Louis region.
